The HSI PLUS-1.2KW features a high-efficiency MPPT solar charge controller with tracking efficiency reaching 99%, which maximises energy harvest from photovoltaic panels under varying irradiation conditions. Its pure sine wave output maintains total harmonic distortion below 3%, ensuring seamless compatibility with sensitive electronics, including computers, medical monitoring devices and precision instruments. Its low-frequency toroidal transformer architecture provides triple surge capacity, delivering 3.6 kW peak power - three times its 1.2 kW continuous rating - enabling the reliable start-up of inductive loads such as refrigerators, freezers and small pumps without causing system instability.

Designed for versatility, the HSI PLUS-1.2KW supports both 12V and 24V DC battery systems, accommodating a maximum PV open-circuit voltage of 100V DC and offering flexible configuration options for various solar array setups. An intelligent three-stage AC battery charger maintains optimal battery health for sealed, gel, flooded and LiFePO₄ chemistries. The automatic transfer switch ensures a seamless transition between battery and AC input, with a rapid switchover time of ≤4 ms that minimises disruption to connected loads during grid outages.
