How does a low-voltage DC processing plant work?

      1. 220V AC is starting to make its way into our home's power supply. After coming to the power supply box, the first step is to filter out high-frequency clutter and in-phase interference signals through choke coils and capacitors, which are the first-level EMI filter circuits we are familiar with.

      2. There are still many "impurities" in the primary filter, so the power supply is generally equipped with a secondary EMI circuit, which is also composed of an inductor coil and a capacitor to further filter out high-frequency clutter.

     3.  After the current passes through the secondary EMI circuit, it reaches the PFC circuit.  PFC is "power factor correction", which is mainly used to characterize the utilization efficiency of electrical energy by electronic products. The higher the power factor, the higher the utilization efficiency of electrical energy. It plays a very important role in the current-increasing filter circuit, which can improve the utilization rate of the power supply to the mains and reduce the power loss when converting the AC to DC.  At the same time, the use of PFC can reduce the interference of the power supply to the mains and other electrical appliances.
