The water pump inverter is usually composed of a rectifier unit that converts alternating current into direct current and energizes a direct current intermediate circuit or a direct voltage intermediate circuit, and an inverter that is fed by the intermediate circuit. The inverter eye can output the chord-stop voltage with the desired frequency and interval. When driving the three-phase AC motor of the inverter, it can provide the motor with stepless acceleration from zero to rated speed without reducing the torque.
Because the water pump frequency converter will generate strong electrical interference signals on the motor power line, it is usually necessary to shield the water pump frequency converter. In addition, a sine wave filter can be installed between the water pump inverter and the pipeline booster pump motor to convert the PEM wave output by the frequency conversion into a sine wave.
