This HSI MAX Series Hybrid Solar Inverter includes the popular HSI-MAX-502 5KW model, which is built to meet the heavy daily power consumption demands of villas and rural off-grid homes. With a rated power output of 5 kW and a triple surge capacity of 15 kW, this unit is capable of powering central air conditioners, water pumps, electric ovens and multiple simultaneous inductive appliances without causing overload alarms or voltage drops. The unit employs industrial toroidal transformer construction with an integrated AVR stabiliser, thereby ensuring the delivery of a clean, pure sine wave 220VAC output with voltage fluctuations maintained within ±3%, thus safeguarding smart TVs, monitoring devices and sensitive home electronics. The transfer efficiency is consistently above 85%, while the ≤4ms UPS transfer time ensures seamless grid-battery switching, thereby averting power outages during sudden blackouts.
The HSI-MAX-502 is an all-in-one device that integrates a 35A adjustable AC charger and a 60A high-current MPPT solar charger. It is capable of supporting a maximum PV power output of 1700W under 24V battery systems. This product is compatible with 24V/48V batteries, including Gel, SLA, AGM and lithium batteries. It is equipped with a 60-second delayed overcharge alarm that automatically cuts charging to prevent battery swelling and ageing. There are three flexible working modes to cover all usage scenarios:
- Mains priority for grid-connected families
- ECO mode to maximise solar self-consumption and reduce electricity bills
- DC battery priority for fully off-grid independent power systems
The robust yellow metal housing supports stable operation in environments with 0-60℃ temperature and 0-95% non-condensing humidity, making it suitable for suburban villa backup power, remote rural off-grid PV systems, medium-sized workshop standby power and large RV solar energy stations.
