The TG Series Hybrid Solar Inverter is our premium, low-frequency, all-in-one power solution for medium and large-scale residential off-grid energy storage. This TG Series Hybrid Solar Inverter features the popular TG-602 6KW variant and is built to handle the heavy daily power requirements of luxury villas and self-sustaining rural households. With an industrial-grade toroidal transformer, it provides 6 kW of rated power and a peak surge power of 18 kW. This enables central air conditioners, water pumps, electric cookers, and multiple inductive appliances to run simultaneously without triggering overload protection. The inverter produces a clean, pure sine wave of 220 V AC, and an integrated AVR stabiliser keeps voltage fluctuations within ±3%. This offers full protection for smart televisions, monitoring devices, and delicate household electronics. With over 85% transfer efficiency, energy waste is minimised and self-consumption of solar power is maximised. The ultra-fast UPS transfer time of ≤4ms delivers seamless switching between mains and battery power, preventing unexpected blackouts during grid outages.
The TG-602 all-in-one inverter supports 24V/48V battery banks and is fully compatible with gel, SLA, AGM and LiFePO4 lithium batteries. A 60-second delayed overcharge alarm automatically halts charging to prevent battery bulging and premature degradation. It integrates a 35 A adjustable AC charger and an 80 A high-current MPPT solar charger, supporting up to a 3,400 W PV array and a maximum PV open-circuit voltage of 150 V DC. Five versatile working modes - mains priority, ECO energy-saving, battery priority, generator and unattended - adapt to all power consumption scenarios. CAN/RS485 communication ports enable stable BMS linkage for secure lithium battery control. The optional Wi-Fi module supports remote monitoring via iOS and Android mobile apps and is paired with an intuitive LCD screen for checking real-time system data.
