The TG Series Hybrid Solar Inverter is our complete range of low-frequency, all-in-one power solutions, tailored for residential and small commercial off-grid energy storage. This series features seven power variants, ranging from 1.5 kW to 10 kW: TG-152, TG-202, TG-302, TG-402, TG-502, TG-602 and TG-103. These variants can power everything from compact cottages to large luxury villas. Built with an industrial-grade toroidal transformer, the inverter provides triple surge power ranging from 4.5 kW to 30 kW. It can reliably run heavy inductive loads such as air conditioners, water pumps, and kitchen appliances without tripping the overload or shutting down suddenly. The inverter outputs a clean, pure sine wave of 220 V AC with an integrated AVR stabiliser that caps voltage fluctuation at ±3%. This provides comprehensive protection for smart home gadgets and precision electronic devices. Meanwhile, the inverter's transfer efficiency surpasses 85%, minimising energy waste and maximising solar self-consumption. The ultra-fast transfer time of ≤4 ms provides seamless UPS switching and eliminates power outages during unexpected grid failures.
This all-in-one unit supports 12V, 24V and 48V battery banks, and is compatible with Gel, SLA, AGM and LiFePO4 lithium batteries. A delayed overcharge alarm cuts off charging after 60 seconds to avoid battery bulging and premature ageing. It integrates a 35 A adjustable AC charger and a high-current MPPT solar charger that is compatible with PV arrays of up to 5000 W and has a maximum PV open-circuit voltage of 150 V DC. Five customisable working modes - mains priority, ECO energy-saving, battery priority, generator and unattended - adapt to all daily power usage scenarios. Built-in CAN/RS485 ports enable stable BMS communication for safe lithium battery management. An optional Wi-Fi module supports remote monitoring via iOS and Android mobile apps and is paired with a clear LCD screen for instant, real-time reading of system data.
