The TG200-502M80 provides a steady 5 kW of continuous pure sine wave AC power and 15 kW of peak surge power, enabling the simultaneous startup of multiple high-power electrical devices such as air conditioners and small industrial motors. Designed to match 24V and 48V battery systems, the inverter supports all major battery chemistries and features intelligent charging management that automatically regulates the DC charging voltage to prevent battery degradation.

The inverter's embedded 80A MPPT solar tracker maximises solar power intake with a 150 VDC PV upper voltage limit and supports a maximum 4540 W PV array under a 48 V battery configuration, ensuring ample solar energy collection. The adjustable 35 A AC charger replenishes battery power on cloudy days, and the ultra-fast ≤4 ms transfer switch ensures a seamless transition between the grid, generator, and battery without interruption for essential loads.

Users can switch freely between five intelligent operating modes to prioritise solar self-consumption, grid power or generator supply according to their daily energy needs. A clear front LCD screen displays real-time PV input, battery status, AC output load and fault alerts for on-site inspection. RS485 communication enables two-way data exchange with the lithium battery BMS for monitoring cell voltage and temperature.

An optional Wi-Fi module connects the inverter to iOS and Android mobile apps for remote parameter adjustment and data tracking. Built-in multi-layer electrical protection covers overvoltage, overload, overheating and reverse connection faults. The ≥85% energy transfer efficiency minimises power waste during DC-AC conversion. The TG-502 is compatible with dual AC input sources: the municipal grid and a portable generator.
