The FTS-502 hybrid solar inverter is designed for large-scale villa energy storage and medium-sized commercial backup power projects requiring long-duration, full-load operation. The upgraded FTS-502 has a physical cabinet size of 780*380*280 mm and a gross weight of 32 kg. It is equipped with an enhanced internal heat dissipation structure that supports stable, continuous, full-load operation in high-temperature environments of up to 60 °C, which is a key advantage over smaller, low-power FTS models.

It supplies 5 kW of steady, continuous, pure sine wave AC power and is equipped with a 15 kW, 300% surge power buffer, enabling multiple high-power inductive loads to run simultaneously without triggering a system overcurrent shutdown. Designed exclusively for 24V and 48V high-voltage battery banks, the inverter optimises charging parameters for large-capacity LiFePO4 lithium batteries and heavy-duty lead-acid batteries. It features multi-stage overcharge protection to prevent thermal runaway and battery degradation. The standard 60A MPPT solar controller is built in and supports a maximum PV array of 3400W. When paired with a 35A AC charger, it can deliver a total maximum charging current of 95A, enabling large battery banks to be rapidly replenished even during weak solar irradiation. The ≤4 ms UPS-grade transfer time provides an uninterrupted power supply for commercial refrigeration equipment, office servers, and medical priority loads.

Five pre-programmed operating modes enable fully automatic, unattended energy management. Standard RS485 ports support CAN protocol communication with lithium battery BMS modules. An optional Wi-Fi expansion module connects the FTS-502 to mobile apps for real-time remote monitoring and fault alarm push notifications. With an energy transfer efficiency of over 85% and comprehensive overload, short-circuit and overheating protection, the inverter can be used to form a scalable, high-power, heat-resistant solar off-grid power system for medium-sized commercial energy storage projects.
