The FTS-402 hybrid solar inverter is a high-performance, integrated solar power unit from the FTS Series. It is designed for use in luxury villas and small, off-grid commercial power stations with heavy, simultaneous load requirements. The FTS-402 features a standard built-in 60A high-current MPPT solar controller instead of the optional 30A MPPT design, delivering stronger solar charging capacity for large PV arrays without the need for additional upgrades.

It provides a stable 4 kW of continuous pure sine wave alternating current and has a peak surge power capacity of 12 kW, enabling the concurrent operation of air conditioners, heavy kitchen appliances and washing machines without any distortion to the output waveform. The inverter simplifies battery matching to dual 24V and 48V high-voltage systems and is compatible with large-capacity LiFePO4 lithium battery packs and industrial heavy-duty lead-acid batteries. Its intelligent charging logic optimises DC voltage to extend the cycle life of lithium batteries. The maximum supported PV power is 3,400 W under a 48 V battery configuration, maximising solar self-sufficiency for villas and small commercial buildings.

The built-in AVR voltage stabiliser strictly controls the output voltage in battery mode to a fluctuation of ±3% to safeguard precision commercial electronic equipment. The ≤4 ms ultra-fast transfer switch also ensures seamless switching of power between dual AC input sources (grid and generator) and battery storage. The optimised unattended mode automatically adjusts the power supply priorities based on the battery's state of charge and real-time solar generation, reducing the daily labour costs of maintaining unmanned power systems.

RS485 communication ports support real-time, two-way data interaction with the lithium battery BMS. An optional Wi-Fi module enables remote monitoring via the cloud and historical power data review via mobile applications. The unit achieves ≥85% transfer efficiency and integrates full electrical safety protection, making the FTS-402 a core device with high solar charging capacity for medium-sized applications.
