Based on the idea of greedy algorithm, an intelligent layout algorithm of solar cells is proposed. First, identify and extract the effective area of the battery from the original image. Then in the effective area of the cell, according to the order of the given size of the rectangle, the layout is carried out according to the current optimal principle. The designed algorithm can achieve a better nesting result in a short time, so as to adapt to the situation of damaged original sheets that may occur during online nesting. After the layout is completed, a laser needs to be used to cut small-size rectangles. A nearest neighbor method is proposed to optimize the cutting path to improve cutting efficiency. First, the cutting line is generated according to the one-size-fits-all principle, and the coordinates of the starting and ending points of all the cutting lines are determined. For each cutting, the coordinate point closest to the current position of the laser is selected as the starting point of the secondary cutting movement to determine the cutting sequence of the cutting line, so as to obtain a better laser cutting path.
