The comprehensive utilization of renewable resources plays a very important role in the sustainable development of social economy and environmental protection in China.Solar energy has the advantages of no pollution, abundant resources, no regional restrictions, so as a renewable new energy has been widely used.Based on the existing research results, this paper converts solar energy into electric energy to drive the water pump, which is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly irrigation method.This paper designs a photovoltaic water pump control system based on permanent magnet brushless DC motor.The design uses a brushless DC motor controller UCC3626, three IR2110 drive chips and three-phase MOSFET inverter circuit to form the control drive circuit.According to the data transmitted by the water level sensor, the principle of impedance conversion of the switching circuit is controlled by single chip microcomputer.The main work of SCM includes the following points: First, the maximum power point tracking algorithm is used to optimize the working efficiency of solar panels;Two is through the voltage detector device to detect the solar panel, at the same time received the water tower transmission signal after the computer control system processing,(1) to ensure that when the water pump power supply electric valve "S" priority connected to the solar panel "S1";(2) When there is no light or insufficient light time, the water supply electric valve "S" is connected to the normal family power supply "S2";(3) When the water volume of the tower reaches the set parameter range, the feed water electric valve "S" will not issue instructions.Three is to ensure the constant current output of the photovoltaic water pump driving circuit;Fourthly, the motor can be started smoothly with the controller to drive the water pump to run normally.
