The FT-602 pure sine wave inverter is the high-power flagship model in the entire FT product line. It is designed for use in commercial off-grid power stations, large-scale farm energy storage systems and heavy-load industrial backup power systems. It adopts an industrial-grade, oversized, low-frequency toroidal transformer to withstand extreme full-load and impact load demands.

It provides a stable 6 kW of continuous pure sine wave alternating current and has a record 18 kW of peak surge power capacity, enabling multiple heavy industrial and household inductive loads to be started simultaneously without waveform distortion or triggering the overcurrent protection. It supports only 24V and 48V high-voltage battery systems and is fully optimised for high-capacity LiFePO4 lithium battery packs and heavy-duty gel/AGM lead-acid batteries. It has multi-level overcharge protection which triggers a 60-second alarm and cuts the charging current once the battery voltage exceeds the safety threshold, thus avoiding permanent battery damage.

As the top split-solar model in the FT series, the FT-602 requires an external, independent MPPT solar charge controller to process PV input power. This allows users to deploy high-power solar arrays separately, without being limited by the capacity of the built-in solar tracker. This maximises solar energy utilisation for large-scale photovoltaic projects. The integrated 35 A adjustable AC charger provides supplementary charging power at high speed via the utility grid or large diesel generators during periods of insufficient solar generation. The internal AVR (automatic voltage regulator) strictly controls the output voltage in battery mode to within a ±3% fluctuation, protecting precision commercial electrical equipment.

With an industry-leading ≤4 ms transfer time, it can switch seamlessly between dual AC input sources (grid and generator) and battery storage, eliminating the risk of power outages for high-value commercial loads.
