The AP192-100C is a high-current MPPT solar charge controller manufactured by Foshan Top One Power Technology Co., Ltd., a company based in Foshan, Guangdong, which has specialised in the production of renewable energy equipment since 2003. The AP192-100C stands out due to its support for 192V battery systems. The controller automatically detects 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V, 72V, 84V, 96V and 192V battery systems, offering one of the widest voltage ranges on the market.

The AP192-100C delivers 100 A of charging current, with MPPT tracking efficiency rated at 99.5% or better, and charging conversion efficiency of up to 98.6%. The three-stage charging profile - constant current (MPPT), equalising charge and float - works with sealed lead-acid, AGM, gel and LiFePO₄ batteries. It also supports a battery-free mode in which solar power can feed loads directly. The RS485 communication port enables connection to monitoring systems and the LCD display shows real-time data including solar input, battery voltage, charging current and system status.

Protection is provided against over-voltage, under-voltage, reverse polarity and over-temperature, with automatic recovery after fault conditions are resolved.
