When the output voltage is too low Or when it is too high, the sampled voltage obtained from the voltage divider circuit composed of resistors R11, R10, and R9 is sent to IC12 pin 2 and compared with the internal 2.5V reference voltage to control the Q1 conduction pulse width, so as to stabilize the output voltage. When the load current is short-circuited or exceeds 8A, the rising of the voltage of IC1 3 pin will control the pulse width to make Q1 cut off to ensure the safety of Q1.
