1. Pure sine wave output: Compared with square wave or modified sine wave (staircase wave), it has stronger loading effect and loading capacity. The equipment can carry inductive loads and any other types of general-purpose AC loads. Equipment such as refrigerators, TV sets and radios have no interference and noise, and will not affect the performance and life of the load equipment.
2. PWM stepless unloading: When the electric energy generated by the solar panels and wind turbines exceeds the needs of the battery and the inverter output, the control system must release the excess energy through unloading. The common control method is to connect the entire unloading. At this time, the battery is generally not fully charged, but all the energy is consumed in the unloading, resulting in a waste of energy. Others use staged connection and unloading. The more stages, the better the control effect, but generally only about five or six levels can be achieved, so the effect is still not ideal. The control method adopted by our company is PWM (pulse width modulation) method for stepless unloading, which can reach thousands of unloading levels. Therefore, under normal unloading conditions, it can ensure that the battery voltage is always stable at the floating charging voltage point, and only the excess electric energy is released to the unloading. Thus, the best charging characteristics of the battery are ensured, the electric energy is fully utilized, and the service life of the battery is ensured.
