Operating procedures
After the installation of the wind-solar hybrid generator system and photovoltaic panel components is completed, and the construction of the external circuit is completed, the connection and operation of the system components should be carried out safely and reliably in the following order.
1. Open the package to ensure that the equipment is not damaged due to transportation. Then confirm that the "IVT SWITCH" on the front panel is in the "OFF" position, and at the same time, check whether the load is short-circuited.
2. Put the wind turbine in the braking state, and connect the output line of the wind turbine to the "WIND INPUT" terminal on the rear panel of the device.
3. After shielding the solar panel, connect it with the "SOLAR INPUT" terminal on the rear panel of the device.
4. Connect the battery with the "BATTERY" terminal on the rear panel of the device with a copper core cable of more than 6 square millimeters. Although there is anti-reverse connection protection, it is strictly forbidden to reverse the battery!
5. Remove the solar cell shield and release the wind turbine brake device.
6. After the battery is connected, the LCD meter on the front panel will display the current voltage value and charging current of the battery. The user can appropriately control the size and time of the load according to the indicated value of the voltage.
7. If you need to use AC power, turn on the "IVT SWITCH" on the front panel of the device, and the "AC OUTPUT" socket will output sine wave AC power with rated voltage. At the same time, the "Inverter (IVT)" indicator on the front panel will light up.
8. If the mains switching function is required, use the provided power cord to connect the "AC INPUT" and the user socket.
9. The brake switch on the chassis is used to provide artificial manual fan braking function. When the brake switch is closed, the fan is in the braking state. During normal operation, the brake switch must be turned off.
