1. Connecting the solar panel (DC side)
Positive and negative connection: First, make sure that the DC input of the inverter is correctly connected to the positive and negative poles of the solar panel. Solar panels usually have positive and negative output terminals. When connecting, make sure they are connected to the positive and negative input terminals of the inverter.
Parallel or serial configuration: Depending on the number of panels and voltage requirements, you can choose to connect multiple panels in series (increase voltage) or in parallel (increase current). Ensure that the voltage of each group of panels matches the input voltage required by the inverter.
2. Connecting the battery (energy storage)
Connect the battery: If there is a battery energy storage device in the system, the positive and negative poles of the battery must be connected to the energy storage input of the inverter. The battery pack must usually be configured in series or parallel according to the voltage requirements of the inverter (e.g. 12V, 24V, 48V, etc.). Ensure match: The voltage of the battery pack should match the input voltage required by the inverter. If the voltage is too high or too low, the inverter may malfunction.
3. Connecting the load (AC side)
Output connection: Connect the AC output port of the inverter to the load device, such as household appliances, power systems, etc. When connecting, ensure that the rated power of the load does not exceed the rated output power of the inverter.
Grounding: Ensure that the inverter and the power system connected to it are well grounded to prevent electrical failures.
4. System inspection and testing
Check the connection: Before starting formal use, check that all connections are tight and not loose or short-circuited.
Functional test: After power is turned on, perform a functional test of the inverter to confirm that it is working properly. Check the display panel or monitoring system of the inverter to ensure that the input voltage, current and output power are within the normal range.
