At the heart of the HSI-1.2KW lies a toroidal transformer that delivers a pure sine wave output with triple surge capacity, offering a peak power rating of 3.6 kW - three times its continuous 1.2 kW rating. This surge capability ensures the smooth start-up of inductive loads such as refrigerators, freezers and small pumps without causing system instability. The pure sine waveform maintains total harmonic distortion below 3%, guaranteeing compatibility with sensitive electronics, including computers, televisions and medical monitoring devices.

The HSI-1.2KW operates on a 12/24 VDC battery system and integrates a high-efficiency MPPT solar charge controller that achieves tracking efficiency of up to 99%, thereby maximising energy harvest from photovoltaic panels. An intelligent three-stage AC battery charger (constant current, constant voltage and float) maintains optimal battery health and is compatible with sealed, gel, flooded and LiFePO₄ chemistries. The automatic transfer switch ensures a seamless transition between battery and AC input, with a switchover time of under 4 ms.

Key features of the HSI-1.2KW include an intuitive LCD+LED display that provides real-time monitoring of input/output voltage, load percentage and system status. It also has RS485 communication capability for remote monitoring via external control panels. Comprehensive protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, overheating, and short circuits ensures automatic safe shutdown under abnormal conditions.
