1. High voltage power supply for radar transmitter

As a high-frequency and high-efficiency power electronic technology, switching power supply technology has been developed with the continuous updating of electronic components and products and the upgrading of high-power devices. The high-voltage switching power supply for radar traveling wave tube can adopt the full-bridge resonance PWM modulation method. The high-power switching device adopts advanced IGBT module and advanced and reliable driving circuit, which makes the overall performance of the power supply good, the stability is good, and it has various protection functions. .
Working principle: Pass the 50Hz three-phase 380V through the grid filter, rectify and filter to obtain a DC voltage of more than 500 volts, and supply the series resonant converter. Since the output of this power supply is as high as 20kV, in order to reduce the design difficulty of the transformer, reduce the withstand voltage value of the high-voltage rectifier diode, and improve the reliability of the power supply, two secondary stages of the transformer are used for full-bridge rectification respectively, and then superimposed for output. The full-bridge converter consists of four IGBTs, a high-frequency transformer and a rectifier circuit. The control circuit provides two pairs of pulses that are isolated from each other and have a phase difference of 180° and are input to the IGBT drive circuit to control the on-off of the IGBT. The DC voltage is transformed into an alternating 20kHz pulse voltage, and a voltage of several tens of kV is obtained through a transformer and a full-bridge rectifier and filter circuit.
