The HX-153 Hybrid Solar Inverter belongs to our HX Series off-grid hybrid inverter lineup, and this cost-effective HX-153 Hybrid Solar Inverter forms a complete energy storage combination with our in-house manufactured lithium batteries and MPPT controllers, relying on two mature core functions to achieve excellent energy management performance. The first prominent function is the integrated high-performance MPPT solar charging module with high solar capture efficiency. It implements standard constant current and floating three-stage charging mode, achieving minimum 96.5% MPPT tracking efficiency and up to 99% photovoltaic module efficiency. The maximum solar input power of HX-153 reaches 22400W with 100A maximum solar charging current, adapting to PV open circuit voltage up to 650VDC and maximum PV operating voltage of 550VDC. It can fully charge multiple types of storage batteries, and the reserved 20A AC charging current provides alternative charging channels under weak sunlight conditions, maximizing the absorption of renewable solar energy. The second vital function lies in flexible intelligent multi-mode operation and millisecond-level rapid switching performance. Five optional operating modes are embedded inside, namely AC Priority Mode, Battery Priority Mode, ECO Mode, Generator Mode and Unattended Mode, which can automatically switch operation modes according to power supply conditions. The transfer time is controlled within 8ms to guarantee non-stop power output for loads. With intelligently speed-regulated forced air cooling system, the inverter maintains stable operation within 0-55°C ambient temperature and effectively prevents thermal degradation during long-hour heavy-duty operation. Comprehensive safety mechanisms include automatic shutdown protection against overload, overheating and short circuit, as well as customized voltage alarm limits for its 192V DC battery system to prevent overcharge and overdischarge. In terms of core parameters, HX-153 features 15kW rated power and 45kW peak surge power to handle impact loads steadily, outputs low-distortion pure sine wave AC power with 50/60Hz adaptive frequency and total efficiency over 85%. It configures LCD real-time status display and RS485 communication port for data monitoring.
